Focusing on natural movements that address your body's innate comfort level, positive movement is gentle, fluid motion that acts as foundation for breathwork and muscle activation. Positive movement also uses movement that is natural to everyday tasks, so you can maintain and change up your routine without having to increase the difficulty of your workouts.
We promote consistent exercise with low to no fitness equipment so you can run through your routine in the convenience of your home. If equipment is needed, we supply exercise tools during each session so you save money and space.
Your core is held together by your pubococcygeous (PC) muscle, also known as the pelvic floor. With a well-toned PC or "kegel" muscle, other muscles are held in place and reduce the risk of injury from movement. Together, we focus on increasing levels of kegel exercises to compliment muscle activation and positive movement.

Taking from concepts like yoga, Tai Chi, and calisthenics, these small, but mighty movements help you to shake the lactic acid out of your muscles, improving you body's ability to fight the effects of oxidative stress and sedentary lifestyle.

We help you to stay strong against impulse buys and to find good alternatives to popular junk foods.
