How Our Health Coaching Programs Work:
Initial Consultation - Your first session begins with intake forms, including your wellness history.
Goal Setting - After finishing the consultation, we go directly into discussing achievable goals and best approaches to implement changes. You will go home from your first session with first steps (homework) to your goal and a summary of your session.
Hands-On Coaching - At the end of your first appointment we will set up your next session (recommended three days after). Whatever your goal, we don't leave you hanging! At our first coaching session, we talk about what obstacles and wins you experienced with your 'homework'. This determines what kind of coaching techniques are used to help you stay consistent and moving forward. These types of sessions will continue for the first half of your program.
Supportive Coaching - As new habits begin to feel a bit normal, it is also normal to feel that you do better some days and are less consistent on others. In the second half of your program, frequent check-ins become commonplace. Being directly available as your mind may buck and resist change is key to keeping you motivated. Your coach will be available in-person, on the phone, or via text.
Maintenance Coaching - As you finish your program, your sessions with your coach will pivot to helping you figure out how to fine tune the changes you've made so they become part of your every day lifestyle.
Exit Session - Your last session will review your progress and how well you feel you've met your goal. At this time we can assess if additional sessions are needed.
