The acronym stands for the various aspects of life that can use a little planning, coaching, and/or streamlining. L stands for lifestyle. Lifestyle coaching helps to identify your personal goals and implement habit changers into your every day life so you can be who you want to be and do what you've always dreamed of! We understand that life is not just eating healthy and getting regular exercise. This is why we offer coaching that sees you and not just what you think you should be doing. As we like to say: Don't 'should' on me! E stands for exercise. This is different from fitness coaching, which is often done through gyms and focuses on strength-building, cardio, leg days, arms days, etc. We focus on positive movement, calisthenics, and muscle activation. These are easy exercises that reawaken your muscles and gently strengthen circulation and flexibility. Some exercises can even be done while lying in bed! A stands for attitude. We know the saying is "you can do anything with a positive mental attitude", but we are of the mind (pun intended) that the key to mental balance is loving yourself for who you are, regardless of whether you are a more positive person or walking through some of life's harder lessons. We help you bring every day awareness to the issues that trigger you and create tools to allow you to keep moving forward, even on the bad days. N stands for nutrition. We believe that good nutrition is integral to implementing any other good health habit. However, we also believe that the functional definition of health is individual to each person. Society can be full of conflicting information, so we can help you identify your health goals and create a nutrition plan to help you achieve your goals at a pace that is curated specifically to you.
