Best for those who have a foundational knowledge and are committed to birthing naturally. Great for those contemplating home birth or an extended home labor.

Thursdays, 6-8 PM  |  July 11 - August 1    Level 3 covers advanced mechanics of labor and techniques for both discomfort alleviation and coping. Advanced labor mapping, contingency birth planning, and transfer options. Best for those planning a home birth. Great information for those planning an unassisted birth.
